Alexis Couch represented the Tenant, played a pivotal role in finalizing this deal, contributing to Ike's continued growth.
Tsunami |Santee
Tsunami is set to make a splash in Santee, CA, with the signing of a new lease, taking over the space formerly occupied by Gor Gai Thai Kitchen. The 1,500-square-foot location will soon offer a fusion of sushi and Mexican seafood. This addition is poised to be a great enhancement to the Santee Town Center, offering locals a unique culinary experience that blends the flavors of sushi and Mexican seafood. Alexis Couch represented the Tenant in this transaction.
Davanti Enoteca|Little Italy
Davanti Enoteca, a longstanding restaurant in Little Italy, has recently undergone a change in ownership. The Francesca Restaurant Group, the previous owners, have sold the establishment, marking the end of their presence in California. Michael Spilky played a key role in representing the group, having been involved in both the initial move to the location 14 years ago and the recent transaction to the new owners. The restaurant will continue to operate as Davanti Enoteca under the ownership of a new restaurant owner based in Del Mar.
